中国科协企业创新服务中心是中国科协的直属事业单位，前身是中国科学技术咨询服务中心和中国科协厂矿科协协作中心。中心致力于服务企业科技创新、服务企业科技工作者，负责组织全社会科技工作者为企业自主创新提供专业性服务和科技支撑，开展与企业相关的技术创新、信息推广、学术交流、人才培养、科普教育等活动，推动企业开展“大众创业、万众创新”，在全国超过三万家规模上工业企业开展科技信息应用推广、院士专家服务站、创新方法培训与实践、企业科协组织建设等项目，帮助企业实现了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Service Center for Enterprise Innovation (SCEI) is managed directly by China Association for Science and Technology(CAST), once served as China Science and Technology Consulting Service Center and Factories & Mines Collaboration Center of CAST.
SCEI is committed to offer services for technology innovation of enterprise and its technology faculties, including organizing the technology personnel throughout the country to provide professional services and support for enterprise independent innovation, holding affairs on technological innovation, information promotion, academic exchange, professional talents cultivation, science popularization etc. It is also responsible to undertake the realization of the theme of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. SCEI has been undertaking projects among 30,000+ over-sized industrial enterprises, such as science and technology information promotion, academician expert service station, training and practice of TRIZ and the organization of association for science and technology among enterprises. These projects have helped enterprises achieve impressive economic and social benefits.
The function offices run by SCEI includes: Information Application Department, Innovation Development Research Department, Department of Cooperation between Industry, Academy and Research, Department of Enterprise Association for Science and Technology and General Office.
